Refund and Return Policy

At She Thrive, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a hassle-free return and refund process.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be unworn or unused, with tags intact.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@shethrive.co. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We strive for perfection, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt at Support@shethrive.co. We’ll evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders).
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way to get what you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
  • If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at Support@shethrive.co.
